Game Rentals in Louisville, KY

Carnival game rental pricing depends on the games selected, the event location, rental arrangements, and any additional services requested. A small private celebration may require a different game selection than a large company picnic, school carnival, or community festival.

For an accurate quote from The Game Guy, share your event date, venue, estimated attendance, and the games you're interested in. You can browse the game rental collection before contacting Scott.

The right number of games for 100 guests depends on how many people will play at once, the length of the event, and how quickly each game can accommodate participants. A school carnival with guests moving between stations has different needs than a company picnic where games are one of several activities.

Consider whether guests will arrive together, how long each game takes to play, and whether you want competitive activities or casual drop-in entertainment. Scott can help you discuss a game selection suited to your event's size and format.

It's best to inquire as soon as your event date and location are confirmed, especially for company picnics, school field days, festivals, and seasonal celebrations.

Availability can depend on the specific games you want and other events scheduled for the same date. If your event is approaching quickly, contact Scott with your details to find out which options may still be available.

Popular styles of corporate event entertainment include oversized tabletop challenges, carnival-style competitions, skill games, and team-based activities. The best choice depends on whether you're organizing an employee appreciation event, company picnic, team-building day, or corporate celebration.

For casual networking, choose games that are easy to approach and understand. For team-building events, consider activities that encourage communication, collaboration, or friendly competition. Explore corporate and group event entertainment for more ideas.

Space requirements vary by game. Tabletop carnival games generally have different footprints than oversized interactive games or activities that require room for players to move, throw, or compete.

When planning your layout, allow room for guests to approach each game, participate comfortably, and move between activities. Venue access, walkways, and surrounding equipment also matter. Share your available space or venue layout with Scott before finalizing your selections.

Delivery, setup, pickup, and event staffing should be discussed when requesting your rental quote. Requirements may differ depending on the selected games, event location, venue access, and whether the activities need someone to supervise or operate them.

When contacting The Game Guy, include your event schedule and let Scott know whether you need assistance with setup or people to help manage the games during the event. He can explain the arrangements available for your particular booking.

Many styles of tabletop and interactive games can be considered for indoor events, provided the venue has suitable space, access, and clearance. Larger games may need additional room for equipment and player movement.

Indoor corporate events, school celebrations, church gatherings, and community activities can all benefit from appropriately selected games. For outdoor events, weather conditions, ground surfaces, and backup plans should also be discussed before booking.

For school carnivals and church festivals, look for games that are easy to understand, offer repeatable participation, and suit the ages of the people attending. Toss games, tabletop skill challenges, and other carnival-style activities can help create a variety of stations throughout the event.

Consider the expected attendance, available volunteers, participant age groups, and whether guests will move freely between activities. Scott can help discuss game options for your school, church, or community celebration.
